BEST CAR BUYING EXPIERENCE EVER

Lon from Infiniti on Camelback was so helpful with my new Qx50. He showed me all the features and was so informative on how to use everything. He spent a lot of time with me and made sure I was comfortable with the car before he left. Thank You Lon and all the people at Infiniti. Love my car Mary B

I LOVE MY CAR

I LOVE my car even more now that Lon came by to show me in detail all the things this beauty can do!!! Lon took his time to show me so many features thaqt my q50 can do and I'm amazed at all the diffrent things my new car can do for me!! Most improtantly, Lon never rushed through anything and made sureI understood and felt comfortable using all the new features!!! Thank you Lon for taking the trip to Maricopia for us!

Service

Needed battery replaced the service team was very helpful in getting me an appointment scheduled. The were able to get me in at a time of my working as quickly as possible.

Awesome

Very friendly atmosphere, no pressure sales tactics. Took my concerns seriously. Answered all my questions an follow up. Great experience Curt an Ritisha were great to work with, also Lon for explainly features of vehicle

Best customer service ever!

Lon came to our home to show us what a luxury car can do. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, a great and patient teacher to someone that is easily frustrated by technology. He showed us all the shortcuts and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment. The infinity connection is great, they are just a button or text away. The whole car buying experience was great. Infinity all the way ?

I could not be more happy

Learning about all the technology of an Infiniti can be daunting. Not so much with having Lon teaching you. Lon took on the challenge of teaching my wife and I not with one, but two new cars at once. (The Q50 and Qx50) Both are similar yet both are a little different. Lon was very present, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, a truly polite gentlemen, and made the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Just a "Class Act" in every way, and I am a very hard grader. I would say that we are both lucky, Infiniti on Camelback and my wife and I, that Lon works for both of us! As a customer, my wife and I could not be more happy. Thank you. Jeff & Diane Reichard

Home visit car care

Lon was very cordial and took time answering all of my questions concerning my new QX50. Very easy to follow all of his instructions. Knows the instrument panels and taught me several short cuts on navigation.
