I LOVE MY CAR
I LOVE my car even more now that Lon came by to show me in detail all the things this beauty can do!!! Lon took his time to show me so many features thaqt my q50 can do and I'm amazed at all the diffrent things my new car can do for me!! Most improtantly, Lon never rushed through anything and made sureI understood and felt comfortable using all the new features!!! Thank you Lon for taking the trip to Maricopia for us!

I could not be more happy
Learning about all the technology of an Infiniti can be daunting. Not so much with having Lon teaching you. Lon took on the challenge of teaching my wife and I not with one, but two new cars at once. (The Q50 and Qx50) Both are similar yet both are a little different. Lon was very present, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, a truly polite gentlemen, and made the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Just a "Class Act" in every way, and I am a very hard grader. I would say that we are both lucky, Infiniti on Camelback and my wife and I, that Lon works for both of us! Home visit car care
Lon was very cordial and took time answering all of my questions concerning my new QX50. Very easy to follow all of his instructions. Knows the instrument panels and taught me several short cuts on navigation.
