I think Lon explained everything well. I appreciate the support and it feels good knowing if I have a problem I have someone who will go out of their way to fix it. He drove an hour just to make sure I was comfortable with my car.

Infiniti on Camelback is the best dealership to get your Infiniti in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area. We shopped around different Infiniti dealerships online and in person. They were the most professional, easiest to deal with and gave us the best deal around. Lon even came out to our home after the sale and went over the entire vehicle with us and all the new tech stuff! He is a great asset to Infiniti on Camelback. We had an easy going salesman, his name is Brent Harris. The sales manager did a great job as well, his name is Richard Sieck. Infiniti at Camelback made car buying easy. Great customer service all the way around . The staff was very courteous, patient and willing to work with me with my intricate situation. They worked with me until I got the car I wanted and I love it . Tanya ,Polly and Rich were great at the beginning for the process and then Tom and Lon finished it off perfectly taking me through the in and outs of my new automobile. I have been to many car dealers in my time but this one was truly the best and will highly recommend this staff to anyone. Thank you Infiniti at Camelback for getting me into my new Q50!!!!!

Service was excellent and quick. Checked my battery and alternator. Changed oil also. They replaced my battery under warranty. They got me out on time as I requested.
