Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Have purchased multiple vehicles here and will never be back. Current vehicle is a lease and coming to the end of the lease. We are going to buy it out of the lease and contacted them for help with that. No response. I guess they only work with you if they are going to make a sale. When you think of the typical shady car dealership think Mauer. Would rate lower than a 1 if I could.

Bad service

Very poor communication from dealership to customer which ended up being a big deal. Not happy with the work performed on my vehicle. Was told the vehicle is ready to get picked up. Drove all the way to dealership just to find out the work performed on my truck was not done correctly. When talking to management the service manager was not helpful at all. He was rude and it was just horrible customer service. Then I talked to the general manager and he was more understanding of the situation that occurred. Overall a horrible experience and not happy with the end result but I had no choice.

The first time I went there to get an oil change and a

The first time I went there to get an oil change and a tire rotation and it took just over 3 hours , and they had to order a part. I had a 10:30 apiece the next week to have the part installed. They told me it would take about 45 minutes or so. There were a lot of people that came in after me and left before me. So finally after sitting there for 3 hours I went and asked about my car. After a little search he found my keys on the desk of someone who had the day off. I sat there for 3 hours for work that should have taken 45 minutes. THEY had the attitude and gave me no apology. I will never go back there again.

All we can say is WOW!!! I am so beyond grateful to have worked with this amazing team! From start to finish they were personable, friendly, not at all pushy, open, honest, and we felt they truly had our best interest in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next purchase! We took are equinox in for repair and we worked with

We took are equinox in for repair and we worked with Madison Erickson in service who was great. I told her we needed a loaner and why we needed one. She let us use a 2023 equinox RS. My wife and I really liked the 2023. We liked it so much that when we got are car back we right into sale and talked to Dennis Lynch who was also great. He got us the same equinox at a good price. He also set up my phone and on star for me as I can not do it. Every one at Mauer Chev was great I would highly rcommend them. Please let Madison and Dennis know that I thought they treated my wife great and that meant alot to me THANK YOU ALL.
