I had a great and very pleasant experience with Mauer Chev. Alec listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect fit. He made the negotiation process absolutely painless and we were able to come to an agreement quickly. Him and the sales manager didn’t use any high pressure tactics. They were very accommodating as we found the right balance on both sides to make the deal. Alec also helped me move my rack and rooftop tent from the old truck to the new one. I will definitely recommend Alec and Mauer Chev!

I made an appointment to have a recall addressed. There were two weeks between when I made the appointment and the appointment itself. When I arrived, they said they had to order the recall part. When I asked what they had been doing the last two weeks, the service advisor just shrugged and said it's his they did things. If I make an appointment for a recall, something they know exactly what is wrong, they should have ordered the part when I made the appointment.

They sucked, talked to a salesman, he never got back to me after a week and a half I finally got a hold of them and they had sold the car, not impressed!!!!!

Alec was GREAT to work with. When we initially called he immediately sent links to the trucks we spoke about. Was knowledgeable about the truck which showed when he walked us through it and went through all the interior gadgets. Tony and Nick (sorry if I got nicks name wrong!) but Tony was great help when spoke to him then Nick when he closed it out going over all the options for additional warranty etc. top notch up and down. Highly recommend based off the experience and to add to it we searched most local Chevy dealerships and mauer was the best priced.
