Repair Chevy cruze
I was there for traction control problem for my Chevy Cruze. They charged me $ 1074 for traction control and thermostat for engine. After 2 days of service everything is missed up with the car. Engine is not running properly and overheating. I left the car 3 days ago again at the service. I am trying to get update on it but the service callers are just not answering the calls in time. It?s so frustrating. I hope they fixed my car

Just Be Honest
I purchased a 2023 Tahoe High Country from Mauer Chevrolet in Inver Grove Heights on 1/10/23. I had ordered this vehicle back in November. The delivery was better than expected. I told my sales person I would be getting my own financing. He told me management said they will only hang on to the vehicle for 7 days. He said, and I quote from his text, "It's not something within my control it's more ownership" I told him if he couldn't wait go ahead and sell the vehicle and I would go elsewhere. All of a sudden waiting more than 7 days was OK. With all financing done, it still took almost 3 hours. Then I was told I needed to come back for them to finish installing the accessories. I returned the next day as instructed and was told it would take "a bit over an hour". 2 hours later I found that what needed to be done was a full day's work. I understand things go wrong. The problem is, instead of being honest with me, my sales person would just tell me whatever he thought I wanted to hear. I am back home with my 2021 Tahoe Premier waiting to hear back when my new vehicle will be done. To this point, my dealings with Maurer Chevrolet has reminded me of a Slick Willy used car dealer. I will post again when this saga is done.

They disregarded what I said until the very end.
Hi, I was in there on 08/01/22. I had arrived early for my appointment. When a salesman approached me I told him I was dealing with another salesman and the vehicle I wanted and that all I need is a purchasing contract for my bank. He then asks me a few details then walks off and later returns with the finance guy. I tell him all I need is a purchasing agreement. He asked if he could find a lower rate would I be interested, No I say my bank is cutting me a check. After approximately 5hrs of more questions and waiting they finally call me back to the finance department and he says I'm going to give you a purchasing agreement. I said what I 1st asked for. They ran my credit (without my authorization) dropped my scores then as I'm returning from my bank call me and tried to rush me, the audacity. Then when I walked in very loud the salesman asks did you get it? I said yes, he asked all of it? I said yes.. then I wait again for finance guy. Long day, shouldn't have been.

BAD Salesman
Stopped into this dealership this past weekend to test drive their blazer. Thinking of going EV, but thought I'd test out the comfort of driving the gas version, as that's all they have on the lot currently. The salesman took my driver's license, came back and told me that they didn't have the EV version right now, so I probably didn't want to drive the gas version. I told him that I actually did want to test drive, just to get a feel for the car, etc. He said, well you probably don't want to, because the EV version is going to be totally different. I've been following the reveal of the new EV blazer and it certainly looks, size wise, very similar to the gas version. He walked away again and came back and said that he had talked to the manager and it would be better if I came back in 6 months to a year, when they'd know more about the EV. I am in the market for an EV NOW. I realize that I have to preorder the vehicle and it could take up to a year to get it. I would prefer to decide which vehicle I want to order now. After going back and forth with him, I walked out. He knew that I was pissed. Hey FOOL, I'm trying to spend my hard earned money at your dealership! If nothing else, make me happy and take me on a test drive. I have never seen anything like it. Usually they'll show you 40 cars, to get you to buy a car. This guy couldn't be bothered.
