I was shopping around for a van came across Manchester motors and fell in love with a 2015 town and country. I was also looking at other places due to I live in Altoona but no one wanted to finance me or did but not for what I wanted. Randy was great we emailed back n forth for a week he got me financed for the van that I wanted. My husband and I made the trip from Altoona test drived the van and fell in love Instantly. We drove out of there with what we wanted and were so happy. I'll Definitely be going back years from now when I'm looking for another vehicle.

As my title indicates my wife and I were ?Blessed by excellent customer service? I called Randy over the phone after a failed attempt to test drive another truck at a different location. Within the hour we were At Manchester Motors and were welcomed as if we were family. Randy was very professional and when we decided to purchase the truck both Randy and Dave were eager to see the deal go through. This was our first time financing a vehicle and the weeks prior we had difficulty pursuing other dealerships, who by the way were very unprofessional and pushy. Randy and Dave blew us away by their patience and determination for us to drive off the lot with a great deal and an awesome truck. I plan on returning in five years once I pay of the truck, pass it along to my daughter and purchase another quality vehicle.
