Had a great experience so far. Purchased a van a little over a month ago. Gave me the best deal for my trade in and also came down from their internet price. The only issue I had was that the brake rotors were bad, and instead of replacing them they just turned the rotors. It was the cheap fix that will get me a while longer, but not the fix I expected. But still, the sales experience was great!! Randy Olinger helped us with no pressure to buy. I live between Baltimore and DC and did most of the sale over the phone or e-mail. They were great to deal with and were open to negotiating. The best car buying experience I've had so far. Would definitely recommend to others, with the caveat to make sure they agree to fix what you find BEFORE you make the final purchase.

A great local and family-run dealership where I was treated like a "friend" as much as a customer. Don and his wife (the owners), as well as Chris at the Glen Rock location are professional yet extremely friendly. They've worked with me on 2 different occasions to get me into the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Right off the bat, you can tell that they are genuinely nice people and really appreciate your business. We've used the service department several times as well and have been very satisfied with that part of the business too. Highly recommend!

They are clearly selective when it comes to putting a car on their lot. The cars are clean and backed up with clean CarFax reports. These aren't the typical used and beaten cars that others are selling. Friendly, no pressure sales staff. One stop shopping - repairs, inspection, tag/title, financing.

I definitely recommend Manchester motors to anyone looking for a low mileage used vehicle! They have a location in PA also, and since we are from PA they brought the vehicle to their PA location and inspected it and licensed it in PA. This was a real plus! No hassle. No pressure! Good price.
