Excellent purchase process

I've been looking for a used Subaru in northern Virginia. The price of one at Manchester Motors caught my eye, and I drove 2 hours to Glen Rock, PA to look at it. I was not disappointed. Charles Bulow was professional - answered all my questions and even volunteered other information (based upon his experience with Subarus) - and fair (offered me a reasonable trade-in price for a Mazda 3). I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

Good rxperienceo

After trying numerous other places with no success at finding something I liked or financing I was recommended to try Manchester Motors. So glad I did. They not only had it financed pretty quickly but I also love my new car. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The day after I picked the car up my AC went up. The service dept got me in pretty quick and when I got there they were very friendly, helpful and again worked with me about the cost. They didn’t hesitate to get me into a rental while they waited on parts and for the service to be completed. Perry explained everything to me along the way and answered any questions that I had. Great service. I’d rather support a small business versus a large corporation where you are just a number. It’s just more personable which is what I got from the sale of the car and then again the service.

Purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius

Very informed on the vehicle I was purchasing. Friendly and easy to discussing the purchase process with. Professional & great over all experience. Took the time to send me an e-mail thanking me for allowing them to help me purchase the new vehicle.

Wouldn't Recommend

Sales person I dealt with when I decided to purchase the vehicle was highly unprofessional. Make sure to look closely at your contract before signing. The finance guy sped through the process and added extra items to the contract that I previously expressed that I did not want. The staff encouraged my fiance to not come back to look over the paperwork and I'm guessing that's why.

Dictionary Defintion Car Salesman

Piss poor, basic fixes to pass inspection and get through warranty. This is the type of place that gives a type of business a bad name. Typical salesman. You'd be better than that if you were.

Exellent experience

Have not a bad word to say. From the purchase of the truck to bringing it back for a few simple issues they addressed them and squared it away immediately. Very happy. The salesman was great and the finance dept was easy to work with and service was great. Ill def be buying another vehicle from them.

Friendly

The manager, Max, was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the jeep we purchased. Without him we would have been lost. We even called him a couple of times after we made the purchased and he was friendly and anxious to answer our questions. Told us to call anytime and I believe he was sincere and wouldn't mind at all. We were very disappointed with the tire situation that we had to deal with though. It was advertised with "new tires" and they were not new. They had to replace two and to get them to do it, we had to pay for one of the tires! We were extremely unhappy about that. Also the vehicle was supposed to have been detailed before delivery and that was done very poorly, even the "second" time they did it! Not at all happy with the detailing and especially the tire situation. I would recommend you check everything and make sure your vehicle is exactly the way it should be before you drive it away.

Awesome people with a family Environment feel. They had great prices with quality vehicles! Howard worked with us and made us feel welcomed and not like a regular customer!

From giving us the time that we needed to look over and test drive the vehicle, to matching financing rates we walked in with, to balancing the tires upon our request, to finding us a spare tire to go with the vehicle. Service after the sale

Was great service buying a car. The only issue was after only having the car for less then two months had to replace the battery. I thought that they may acknowledge the battery was not great when they sold the car, and would absorb some of the cost of the replacement. But no way.... charged me the total cost of the new battery and also the labor cost.
