First viewed your pre-owned vehicles online and actually found your chatroom easy to communicate with. Seamlessly, we set up a “Viewing Appointment” right then and saw Hunter O. the next day. He was superb help…patient, very knowledgeable and genuine. Your experienced service department has answered questions about future service and been very prompt in communicating with me.

I purchased a used Ford f350 from them with only 712

I purchased a used Ford f350 from them with only 712 miles on it. The transaction was done completely online due to I'm from out of state. When the truck was delivered to me there was an extra 50 miles on it. I'm assuming it was used for the lunch getter until delivery arrived. Upon receiving the truck, there was a ding in the plastic dash and the leather portion of the dash was severely wrinkled, like something hit both areas. I have photos of the interior upon purchase and there were no such defects. I spoke with the general manager about these issues and his reply was, well, what do you want me to do about it? Customer service and integrity are a thing of the past, very unfortunate. Especially when you spend $87,000. On a used, certified vehicle. They might be a good dealership in person, but beware of internet sales. Check their yelp reviews, 2.5 stars.

Hunter and his supervisor, Mike, were exemplary.

Hunter and his supervisor, Mike, were exemplary. New Cars are expensive. Inflation is real. And, optional is not optional in most examples. That being said, these guys did an super job at guiding us through the process and I bought a good car at a fair price. We spent two weeks car shopping and Hunter guided us to his best offer at what he heard us say, and it was a good experience. I'd deal with these guys again in a minute.
