Chevy owned by china 80k mark up
I bought Corvettes from Chevy for many years I walk on the showroom floor on a LG one Corvette $80,000 markup I said the salesman you must think we're stupid he just laughed no one in my family will buy Chevys why should we buy a car company owned by China Chevy is the Bud Light of car companies now never again

Great vehicle,not great dealership.
I bought my 1989 Astro van in May of 1989.The next year I took it in for an oli change and a check over.When I went to pick it up was told I owed $457! Cashier said "do you have your estimate" I did and in the corner was written $425 for an oil change.Found out they did a transmission flush,bled brake lines and several other things I did not ask for.Then in 2012 I brought my van back to brag on it and show them my mileage at 765,000 miles (original engine),no one could have cared less except for an young Asian appearing guy who said maybe we could take a photo for advertising and was ignored.Today the mileage is 860,000 plus,still the same engine.

Teach better customer service
Service personel had me going back and forth, parts weren't and then were available. Then go pay and then get refunded , but go pay again type of situation. And at moments very rude.

Service Manager was extremely rude
I went in to have my apple car play looked at since it was not working . When they told me I needed to fix the radio receiver was told it would be 1200 to fix . I let them know I would pay the diagnostic fee and come back when I could pay for repair . I pickup my car and my screen is no longer working it?s just black . I went inside to let the service manager know this is not how my car was when I left it and now the screen was not working when prior to this backup camera and radios Bluetooth was working just fine . Manager smiled at me and said I?m not sure I just know the car needs work . Worst experience I?ve ever had at any dealer .
