Saw they truck online and called and was helped by Jack. He was very helpful and very cheerful. He even helped me out with the bank to get everything taken care of. This was my first time buying a vehicle from there and the experience was great.

The staff at Team Factory Direct were all very professional, and I felt like I was working with honest people. I also appreciated that they were not pushy during the sales process.

These people go the extra mile to make the car buying experience as pleasant as can be. They even take really good care of their customers after the sale. Awesome place and awesome people!!

This is our second vehicle that we purchased from Team Factory Direct. Both experiences have been great. We worked with Jack Wilson for both of our experiences. Jack is amazing. He is very sweet and knows his job and does it well. He always makes us feel like we are old friends. We liked both experiences. Now about the trucks we purchased, they are also a good value for our hard earned dollars. We will continue to go to Team Factory Direct in our future. Our only gripe is we were offered $1500 for our trade in truck. We did purchase it there but felt a disappointed in the little value that was offered but they offered us the same thing our first time we were there. So maybe that is their only price for a trade in. We are selling it ourselves.

very friendly nice people to work with , purchased a used crew cab truck and we absolutely love it, my husband and i got a great deal, we shopped all over and they had the nicest truck and the best deal ! i would highly recommend them

My husband has never been treated so badly by a car dealership in his life. The salesman was rude, did not follow up on promises and obviously was not very interested in selling a car. He traveled an hour and a half to get there and they even gave him a hard time about sitting on the lot eating a sandwich while waiting for a car that never showed up. I wouldn't waste my time with these people. Look elsewhere.
