The quickest oil change in history.

The quickest oil change in history. I thought I was gonna be there two hours. I was there just one hour. They even rotated my tires and washed my car.

On Friday, I confirmed availability on the blue used

On Friday, I confirmed availability on the blue used Mazda with Cynthia De Los Santos and set up an appointment for my husband and I to travel 2 hours to come see the car. Upon arriving, we were told this car is not there and hasn’t been for quite awhile. Were told it is basically click bait to get people to come. If this is how they do business, we want nothing to do with them.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!!! OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I was informed several times the evening before closing the vehicle was there. but Its not. Ford Fusion. I called to ensure I was going to the correct lot and now "the car isn't there". They told they hold the car in inventory while its out on payments. Like I'm some kind of idiot. The car has been on the lot for 4 months and don't want to sell it for whats listed on Cars.com or even their own site. "Special online pricing"...just because I'm a single mother. BEWARE!!! Of this Dealership. From the area of town, but I don't live in the area anymore. Horrible people.

Absolutely pathetic service -will NEVER have anything to

Absolutely pathetic service -will NEVER have anything to do with akIA after our lease is over. In the second year of leasing an EV 6. A few days ago the car had an error in charging - thought it was the charging cable so bought a new one ($500). Still would not charge - phoned Freddy Kia - No appointment till April!!! A leased car that I am paying over $900 a month for! Apparently too busy. Turns out there is a recall for this problem that requires a software update. What useless service - their problem and not prepared to do what you would expect. Useless! Never again.
