The service department was excellent.

The service department was excellent. All my car service needed were completed . I do not have any complaints.

Always friendly service, works with my schedule, easy to schedule now, have loved courtesy washes with oil change. Only down side, I wish they could service tires. ☹️. Otherwise pleasant wait time and free coffee.

Fraudulent advertising.

Fraudulent advertising. Prices on the website are lower than the real price. Unethical sales tactic that wastes consumer time.

I initially came to this dealership to get another review

I initially came to this dealership to get another review or another opinion because I was going to purchase the same vehicle at another dealership. However I liked the fact that the Manager came with both the agents that were assisting me. He introduced himself and asked me what was my motivation to sell or trade in my vehicle. He did tell me what his opinion and recommendation was which I valued. He was very down to earth and wasent annoying like some other people at dealerships. I eventually left because I wanted to think about whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle there. Their service was great but I still wanted to see if I could get another opinion or something more competitive. In the end I went back at night to review the numbers. We weren’t able to do the finance option due to us being upside down which I understood and that wasent anyone’s fault. The manager took the time to explain everything to me as to why it wouldn’t be beneficial for us to go with a finance deal. However he gave us the option to lease and in the end it worked out for us in our situation plus less money down and the payments weren’t bad at all in my opinion. The interest rate was nice since Kia has some great rates right now. They had some very nice cars in their lot too so there’s a lot to choose from honestly. I appreciated the fact that they stayed until last 9 to get everything done and answer all of our questions. Luis and Alberto assisted us. They were professional and not annoying like some other agents at dealerships. We went to over 5 dealerships in Texas and in the end we went with Fredy. We love the car. It’s also not deep into Houston so it’s easy to get there and not have to go through the downtown area. I felt that they really wanted us to get the best deal in terms of what would work for us and benefit our situation. I would recommend them to anyone.
