Was looking for the best car for my money and I found it here. Victor was very open about the car and went out of his way to fit into my schedule and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and even gave me advice on selling my older vehicle. I was skeptical about going to a non traditional big dealership but I plan on using them again when my son gets his license

DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. Worst of the worst! Victor sold me a car that he knew had a damaged frame but never disclosed that information to me. When I asked if it had ever been in an accident, he showed me the Car Fax. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the accident and any repairs has to be reported to an insurance company in order of Car Fax to have the information. The body work was done without it being reported and the frame damage was never fixed. I took it for a multi point inspection after the purchase and they found over $8k worth of damage to the car. Even though I found paperwork in the car to prove Victor knew about the damage, he refuses to do anything to make it right. Evil people. Don't trust them and don't look to Car Fax to get past history on a vehicle. I regret stepping foot into this dealership. Hopefully you will read this before you do and learn from my mistake.

I was shopping nationwide for a Lexus LX570 from a specific year/color/option combo. It was tough to find. There were only 40 of them for sale in the country, and most were grossly overpriced. Luckily, TSF had one, and they're only an hour away. Initial correspondence was very good. They were quick to respond and very accommodating re: scheduling a time to see the car. I drove there one afternoon, the car was ready to go and everyone was super helpful. Over the next few days, we worked out the details. The TSF guys were always very prompt. This is where most dealers fail, but these guys are on point. For example, there was a floor mat missing and some towing accessories. They found them and quickly shipped them to me. Then, the bank took over a month to release the lien. In the meantime, TSF overnighted two sets of temp plates for me to use, so that I could keep driving. This particular car was personally owned by TSF for a couple years. I'm mentioning this because it's extremely well kept, and its condition tells me that they do care about their vehicles. While visiting, I glanced at a few other cars and they all appeared to be in very clean shape. Overall, this was a great experience and while I paid slightly more than I was hoping for (but many thousands less than other offers in the area), TSF handled themselves very professionally and I would gladly recommend them.

I found out about this dealer through cars.com, and after searching their inventory found the EXACT vehicle I wanted. 2011 Mazda CX7. I called to schedule a test drive, and when I arrived the car was waiting out front for me. The salespeople were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Loved the car and bought it the same day. They helped with everything from insurance, registration, plates, and extending the warranty. It's a bit hard to find, so make sure you visit the right place. HIGHLY recommended!

Looked at a 2004 forester X that has 54k Miles. Was told in description and over text that the car "looks and drives like brand new". The pictures I saw showed it looked mint. When I arrived I could instantly tell they were old pictures. The dealer also failed to inform me that the 2 doors on the driver side has been very poorly repainted. Whoever painted them didn't bother to take the doors off the car, they just attempted to tape everything off around it and spray. The overspray on the fender and door handles was a dead giveaway. Wouldn't be surprised if the dealer himself painted it. When asked about it he made every excuse possible and couldn't answer my question. He then became very rude and said it wasn't the car for me and got in and left. This silver forester is still forsale, so BEWARE WHEN BUYING.
