Amazing experience! I worked with Igor to buy my first car! He was so professional and really worked with me to get the best deal and figure out my financing options. My 2013 Toyota Prius runs great and I am so happy with my purchase. Highly recommend working with these great people for your next car purchase!

Recently took a trip to TSF after seeing a car I liked on cargurus.com, with no intention of buying just had a rare Saturday off and wanted to test drive something I've been looking for as they're somewhat rare and harder to find. Had such little intention of buying something that I didn't even bring my title with me for a possible trade in. After interacting with Victor and Igor and discussing trade in options, price and trading in my car for one I've been looking for I decided to trade in my vehicle for a new Subaru. Buying a car can be very stressful and intimidating to some, ive only done it a few times at 34 years old but I remember every experience being brutal and difficult to deal with. Victor and Igor were so forthcoming, honest and professional that I felt comfortable taking on a car payment which I didn't originally want. They explained values, showed me competitive prices and explained how their pricing is better than everyone with no hidden fees.. "what you see is what you get." I left incredibly happy. Less than two weeks into owning the car it started leaking oil which required a few hundred in repairs and was definitely not expected. They remained in contact with me through the repairs and even though there was no real way to determine when the damage occurred they offer to help with the mechanic bill which I think goes to speak to their character and overall quality as a family owned dealership. I can say with confidence that no other dealership ive ever been to would have returned my phone calls after I left the lot, let alone offer to help cover the cost of any incidental damage and repairs once I signed the dotted line. Shocked at any negative reviews anyone leaves after interacting with them, and will continue to be a lifetime customer because of their customer service. Thanks guys!

Buying a used car from TSF auto sales

Excellent Experience

I wanted to buy a used Nissan Xterra. These SUVs are sold for a premium price because they stopped making them in 2015, and they are off-road capable without any modifications. The only comparable SUVs are the Jeep Wrangler and the Toyota FJ Cruiser (discontinued). The Wrangler and FJ Cruiser are also in high demand and are expensive too. I looked at several Xterras on Long Island, NY. None of the car dealers would sell the car for the advertised price unless you financed through them and/or bought an overpriced extended warranty. They also had dealer prep fees which were as high as $995.00. I decided to look for an Xterra in New Jersey. I sent six e-mails to different dealers asking if the advertised price was the same if you paid cash and did not buy an extended warranty. Only TSF Auto Sales and another dealer responded. TSF Auto was selling a late model Nissan Xterra Pro-4X in excellent condition and with less than 100,000 miles. The Pro-4X is the top of the line Xterra and this SUV came with leather seats, premium stereo, trailer hitch, skid plates, Bilstein gas-filled shocks, locking rear differential, hill descent assist, side bars, a cargo cover, wind deflectors, and other features. The Pro-4X had one owner and the price was comparable to non-Pro-4X models. I spoke with Igor on the phone. I explained to him that I was coming from Long Island and I wanted to confirm the terms of the sale. He told me the price was the same cash or financing, and I did not have to buy an extended warranty (the SUV came with a three-month limited warranty pursuant to New Jersey law). He also told me the only extra fee was a $495.00 document fee (document fees are charged by most dealers in New Jersey and Long Island). I then made an appointment to test drive the SUV that day. When I arrived at TSF Auto Igor was helping another customer and I dealt with Victor. Victor was very friendly and confirmed I could by the SUV for the advertised price without any hidden fees. Without exaggeration, I test drove the SUV, purchased it, and was driving it home with a temporary plate in around 1 ½ hours (there was a delay waiting for my insurance agent to e-mail my temporary insurance card). My experience with TSF Auto Sales was excellent. I have driven the Pro-4X over 100 miles during the past two days and it runs flawlessly. I will bring it to my mechanic soon and will post an update if he finds any major problems with it.

Easiest vehicle transaction I've ever made. Upfront, helpful, and communicative. Purchased a well maintained 2004 Mercedes AMG SL55 and couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone A+.

VW Eos

Vitaly and Igor made the car buying experience effortless. I called before going to see the car and Vitaly had the car ready for a test drive. Igor arranged financing the same day. I would recommend TSF Auto Sales.

Great Service, Straight forward.

We recently bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. We are very happy with our purchase. After being shopping around, I was so upset and not even wanting to look any further. My husband convinced to give this dealership a last try and I am glad I did. we not only found a perfect SUV, but I was very happy with the customer service and the fact that they were able to tell me right away how much it was to take the car home. I went all over the place NYC, Long Island , other dealerships around the area and every time it was a struggle to get the total number to take the car out of their dealerships , as if they were looking and observing how much they could take out of you instead of focusing in the actual value of the car. Here at TSF was the complete opposite Victor knew the value of the car and he was straight forward with the fees and taxes to take the car out. Nowadays honest business is difficult to find. I was happy for the find and I will come back when we are ready for our second car. Thank you, we love the car and keep doing honest and good business.
