Over the top service. The best of the best! Lynne Olson went beyond expectations. My GL has never been in such great shape. I am definitely buying my next vehicle with in this dealer.

"GLC 300 4Matic an amazing experience"

Got our new GLC 300 Saturday and what an amazing experience we had. Emil Johic and Leon Smith are humble, very professional and treated us like a family. Service

Had a bubble on a tire that was supposedly replaced 5/2017 . Service dept could not find our tire and wheel extended warrenty. Took about 15 frustrating calls on my part to find someone who could locate it. Inside cloth on roof had been seriously stained by workers when they replaced the convertible mechanism but it was scrubbed this visit and got it mostly clean. Otherwise we were well taken care of and everyone was friendly and helpful.

it’s Chuck and Mark that make the service.

Chuck and Mark really make the service their for me. Chuck is a fantastic service provider and very impressive. Mark the service manager is also very helpful and tries to help get the issues fixed. I’ve been going to Chuck for years and he’s the reason I don’t take my car to a more fairly priced certified Mercedes mechanic. I hope Chuck and Mark are commended for their great work!
