Terrible

Absolutely terrible service! Solid me a car with an oil leak and tried to fix it with liquid seal. I had the warranty but it covered nothing! Super cocky and arrogant. My car only last a month after blowing up bc of the lack of quality service provided by solid rock. Never in my life have I ever been screwed over like I got for choosing a car from them!

Very happy! We will be back!

Dan and Silas were amazing! They went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of and completely happy with my car! We came from out of state, so I called them a million times before making the drive to ask questions. They were always polite and very helpful! And never once did I feel rushed, uncomfortable or weary. They have such a good selection at affordable prices...just an overall nice facility and comfortable atmosphere. My new car had a problem after I got it home and Dan went to the ends of the earth to make it right! We were so impressed with his honesty and compassion! Never have I ever had a car salesman bend over backwards like Dan did for me! He's an awesome guy and we will definitely be back for our next car! Even now, about 2 months after my purchase, I still call and ask questions and they're happy to help out! That speaks volumes. They don't just sell you a car and forget about you, they really do care! I can't say enough good things about the guys at Solid Rock!

Great 5 STAR service

Dan and Silas were great throughout the entire sales process which wasn't long: I bought a truck from their lot within 24hours. They have a great inventory and I recommend looking at their website before going to their lot to make the buying process highly efficient. Solid Rock is family owned, which I found to be very interesting. I typically take longer to make larger purchases to ensure I conduct the appropriate diligence before I buy anything, especially a used vehicle. However, I ended up buying a truck from solid rock without even taking it to my mechanic for an inspection. YES, PROBABLY NOT THE SMARTEST DECISION. But, as someone whose worked in sales and runs a sales function, I could tell Dan and Silas were genuine people when I walked into their dealership. They greeted me warmly and honestly as a black male in the middle of no where I typically don't expect the type of treatment I received. They emphasized that they stand by what they sell and consistent with my gut, they did. There was a minor issue with my truck and they went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved ASAP. FIVE STAR SERVICE at Solid ROCK. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! I will be a repeat customer.

2012 F150

When I first went into Solid Rock Auto Group, Dan answered all my questions I had about the trucks I was interested in. I test drove 5 different trucks he had on the lot. When I was done I told him thank you and left. He wasn't like your typical car salesman he wasn't pushy he didn't call and bother me , no pressure. I went back a few days later after checking out other dealerships. Drove the same trucks again. I thanked him again and again no pressure. I called him the next day we made a deal over the phone I went and picked up the truck had a problem with the fuel system he took the truck back and fixed everything. No problem. And if I didn't talk to Dan, his son Silas answered my questions and kept me up to speed on what was going on with my truck. xxxx they even gave me a loner car until my truck was fixed. It was the most positive buying experience I've ever had. I'm definitely going to buy my next vehicle from Dan and Silas.

Another Great Car and Experience with Solid Rock

Soild Rock

Came here and looked at the cars they had. They have good quality cars and the staff is very helpful and nice. There facility is clean and organized.

Great Family Company

It's hard buying a used vehicle in the current market but I purchased my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek here at a great price and was able to use the financing they offer! I plan on buying here again in the future when I am in need of another vehicle. Thanks for all the help Dan!

Great family business

Great group work hard to satisfy your needs go c them i have a few purchases from them and everytime they have went above and beyond to fulfill my needs won't shop anywhere else

Friendly, But Didn't Feel Right

Friendly and accomodating. But they supposedly fixed a transmission leak and then left the fluid all over the undercarriage of the vehicle I looked at as well as provided photocopied paperwork of supposed high cost repairs that were done just miles prior to their acquiring the vehicle, which listed the mileage in and mileage out as exactly the same (which points to a quote not an invoice). Again, very friendly, but something just didn't feel right about it all.

Dealer response

So as this Customer stated Friendly and accommodating but should have put in there he was looking for a NEW 11888 super crew truck. We provided this customer a invoice from the ford dealer that he could have called and verified if he questioned our integrity on a BILL from the ford dealer, we allowed this customer to arrive at our UN opened dealership 2 hrs before we open with the truck waiting for him with keys and a plate to have his mechanic inspect it. When he returned 3 hrs later he had NO complaints from his mechanic and confirmed we had indeed replaced the transmission lines and installed the calipers that we had stated we had done. The customer did not purchase our vehicle as said the bumper hitch was rusty and feared it would cause future problems and was going to pass we believe he did not purchase our vehicle as we did NOT negotiate our price as we told him we are firm as we have the LOWEST priced f-150 super crew on line. We are not sure why he would not recommend us as we did everything he ask expect negotiate with him. We wish he would have ask about the invoice on the repair we would gladly have called the ford dealer with him to verify validity. We are a 4.8 rated dealer and are always willing to help and be a TRUE dealer.
