The work and people are great.

The work and people are great. I gave 4 stars because I had to wait nearly 4 hours for a 1 hour job to fix a recall issue.

I would not recommend the service department at this

I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. Nobody answers their calls, emails, or messages. It's infuriating to even try to make an appointment.

Did not tell me about the change in location. No text or email reminder about service appointment. Service was done quickly but did not vacuum my car as other dealerships have done in the past.

Some salespeople I have dealt with in the past made me

Some salespeople I have dealt with in the past made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Not Omar. He was friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in. And believe me I did ask a lot of questions. I will happily pass along Omar’s name and Johnson Hyundai to family and friends. Had a great experience! Thanks to everyone I came in contact with at the dealership but especially to Omar, Alex and Frank.
