Johnson Hyundai has been my “go to” for all my service

Johnson Hyundai has been my “go to” for all my service since moving here from Northern Virginia nearly 4 years. Besides quality work, Matt Burns is another prime reason.

Contacted Damion Green, who we had worked with on a new

Contacted Damion Green, who we had worked with on a new car purchase 9 months prior. There had been a hiccup in that transaction, but Damion and the Management team had really stepped up to address it to our satisfaction. This time, simply let Damion know which vehicle listed on their website I was interested in, & though we crossed wires a couple of times, he & the team again made it a really positive buying experience. Percy, in Finance, also made the process work (wish they'd accept a personal check though, as a previous dealer did on two different occasions). We now have '24 and '25 Tucson Hybrids (we own 4 Hyundais -- have owned 3 others among the family), & we'll reach out to Damion if there's a next one.

I always had great service when I brought my car in for

I always had great service when I brought my car in for oil changes and tire rotation when it was under warranty. Then a warning light came on indicating an electrical issue, And three different parts were put on my car Before the fourth and correct part was put on which resulted in the dealership having to keep my car for almost 3 weeks.

I was looking for a new Hyundai dealership to go to

I was looking for a new Hyundai dealership to go to because I went to one in Cary before this one and I wasn’t super satisfied; but the moment I got to this Hyundai dealership Lakeisha who helped me out was fantastic! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! It really made my experience better because now I prefer to go to this Hyundai dealer rather than my previous one just because she makes the experience excellent!

I don't typically review dealerships as they have a hard

I don't typically review dealerships as they have a hard enough time however this place deserves a review. I spent two weeks working with the dealer and they gave me the run around to the point where I just went and bought elsewhere, then a few months later when I was considering another purchase they reached out. I got several txts and when I asked about a vehicle I kept getting the robot answer of go to this website and do your own search. You asked me and sent me a text during work then wanted me to search for the vehicle you were trying to sell me. What a freaking waste of time. These dealerships need to understand their clientele.

We wanted a 2025 Ioniq 5 which wasn’t really available

We wanted a 2025 Ioniq 5 which wasn’t really available yet. Damion Green was able to get an order placed directly on the factory. We were given a delivery date several months out. He kept us updated on the order status and it arrived a few weeks early. Damion spent a lot of time with us, helping us “configure “ the car before we left the lot. We highly recommend Damion at Johnson Hyundai of Apex.
