Lot space issues
This dealership has a problem with lack of parking space for new customers. It is a challenge to find a spot to park when looking for a new car. They are aware of this. We found the staff very helpful and customer friendly.

Going the extra mile
Due to some issues with the original car I had settled on , I was going to walk away from the deal . Before I signed any documents, Shareef and staff were honest that the car would have to be brought in for repair. In my mind it was no longer a factory finish car. A handle would need to be ordered and then painted and a new lock installed. Johnson Hyundai staff went out of their way to locate a replacement vehicle and in the process I actually went home with the color combination that I truly desired. It took a little longer but in the end It was worth it. Shareef and management staff were pleasant to work with. I thank them for their patience .

Very easy way to buy a car
My salesman Mark Priest worked very hard to find me a car that fit my needs and budget. He new everthing about the car I was looking at and made the process quick and easy. Much nicer,than other dealerships I had worked with prior to selecting my new Hyundai. I wil be sending my friends and co-workers.

Truly Amazing Car Shopping Experience
Tommy and Mike (the brother dream team) were incredible in their assistance. They offered plenty of choices, and gave me time to process and think without being pressured. I walked away with a 2017 Tucson under my price range, with a peace-of-mind warranty, happy as could be. The Finance Manager, Kevin, was also incredible to work with. Such a kind guy, who spent the time reviewing everything with me, even though the store closed 30 minutes prior. I would 100% recommend purchasing a car from this dealer, and these brothers!!

This is the second car that I buy at this dealership and in both experiences I was very happy with the end results. I definetelly will come back for my next trade in. The saleman, Justin, did not pushed me in any way to buy the car. He helped me to find the car that I was looking for.

If I Could Get Away Without Posting A Star
If I could give a lower score I would. This was the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I first made contact with a salesman in the spring. He has since left the dealership. This should have been a warning to me. But, I thought highly of the fact that the dealership was still "family-owned" in the era of big corporate dealers. Wow! What a mistake! I drove in from just across the Virginia border, as I spend a great deal of time in the RTP area due to college and business ties on 9/18/17. I was not able to meet with the salesperson I had been in communication with all day. I politely waited in the customer lounge. Then I was introduced to the one of finance managers, and the deal that I had worked out just a few weeks prior was no longer "available." ( On a side note, I presented the gentleman with my business card expecting reciprocity; alas, this courtesy did not happen. ) I then asked for the "cash" price. I was handed off to another salesperson, and she would not let me even touch the vehicle. The time was about 6:40 pm, and I once again requested the cash price for the Sante Fe Limited Ultimate with the full intention of returning the next morning with a cashier's check from my bank. I was told that the price would be emailed to me later that evening. I was then left standing outside. I was speechless.
