Toyota of Poway

I have been taking my car in for service at Toyota of Poway since I bought my car there. Peter Tafolla is an excellent service advisor.

Through their website, I made an appointment for standard 55k service the day before. I dropped the car off in the morning. They provided a ride to work since it's within their shuttle distance which I think is 5 miles. I'm not exactly sure on that. The car was ready in a couple of hours and I picked it up at lunch. They could've picked me up, but a coworker was willing to give me ride. The entire experience couldn't have been easier.

I called at 3:30 for an oil change. The service department was able to get me in and out within 45 mins. Everyone was very nice and professional, especially JP! I’m glad that I found a Toyota service center that made me feel like a valued customer! JP, you rock and so does the entire staff at Toyota in Poway. Prior to today, I was having my Rav 4 serviced at the Kearney Toyota, but after today, I will be making the Toyota Service Center in Poway, my go to for all of my service needs!!

Service Advisor is new. Promise for a free car wash but not performed. Was called and promised for the next visit. Other service are OK.

Top notch. Lionel was great to work with. I t old him what I wanted to see in the new car and the price I wanted it to be and he worked diligently to get me what I asked for.

I bought online. Took about 2 days to exchange offers and confirm . Good price and answered all my questions. Only took about 2 hrs. To do the test drive, fill out papers and go!

Very poor communication from the staff regarding status of repair. So far appears to be okay with the job done but had same issue a few months ago, to be fair was repaired at a different Toyota dealer and they misdiagnosed the problem. Hopefully this location did better

Art, my service representative, does an outstanding job! He is prompt, knowledge, professional and will only recommend services that are required for my vehicles. I highly recommend Toyota of Poway and when servicing your car or truck, ask for Art.

Excellent job, best and reasonable price. Personnel were very courteous. Quick service. Convenient location, clean and comfortable waiting area. Discounted price for the tires that I bought.
