Great facility, excellent communications
Car in for major repairs due to an auto accident. Your staff did well keeping me informed. My only reason for not 'extremely likely' was I had to bring it back for a 2 minute fix on something that should of been done before I picked it up.

great service. clean and neat facility
I brought in my 95 year old mothers 1999 Buick, with 42,000 miles, for Winterization. All went well until I asked for a replacement of the volume control knob on the radio. That's when I was told it would cost $49.00. I believe in profit but this knob can't cost 25 cents and to try and sell it for $49.00??? Needless to say my otherwise pleasant experience ended on a less that pleasant note.

Smooth experience
It was very chaotic with remodeling going on and several cars going in and going out but it went very smoothly and I can't wait to see all the newly remodeled areas next time.

Bergstoms
I came in to the shop at 4:55 pm to get my tires rotated . I didn't realize the shop techs went home at 5pm. The person at the front desk said he would see if someone would stay late to do the job. He came back and said someone would stay later to rotate them. 20 minutes later my car was complete and to my surprise they had also washed my car. I love this place.

Great Service
They did a great job. And when I went to pick it up he was very nice and explained everything to me so I understood what was fixed. When I got home I got a call saying there was no charge and will be canceling my charges to my credit card right away. I am every please with them.

In respect to the customer waiting area it is very apparent that the work of three people is placed upon one individual. I would hope that this situation doesn't extend into the care of my car.

Pleasant experience in car buying
We found our Salesman, Randy Roubal to be very accomodating. He gave us a fair price & we are happy with the extended warranty. He was very helpful with the checking of the back tire vibration we noticed. and was very pleasant to deal with.
