We were very happy with the work that was done.

We were very happy with the work that was done. However, when we dropped the car off, they asked if we wanted it washed. We said yes. But when we picked it up, it was not washed. They said they could still do it, but we were running late and didn't have time. We had been called that the car was ready for pick up. It should have been washed before we got there. So, the car not being washed rates a 0, but everything else was 5 srar.

I can never get anyone in the service dept to answer the

I can never get anyone in the service dept to answer the phone when I call. The web site is difficult to use for scheduling appts.
