Waited too long to get my car fixed.
Waited too long to get my car fixed. Then had to leave with a rental, wish that was offered earlier in the day.

Process took way to long to complete.
Process took way to long to complete. Had to go to two buildings. Car required additional cleaning when I arrived.

They did a great job at fixing my tire that had a nail in
They did a great job at fixing my tire that had a nail in it. However, my wheel lock is missing and nobody seems to want to take responsibility. I am not saying that anybody stole it but it is missing. I did not use my vehicle for two days because we couldn't get the tire fixed until we brought it into the dealership. Boucher is the only place that has ever worked on my vehicle since it was purchased, so I'm not certain where it would have gone. I just want it replaced
