Was not looking forward to working with a "car salesman". I met Fawn and was immediately at ease. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My wife will be in soon to lease a vehicle from Fawn as well.

Overall, a good purchase experience. Kevin was very good. These are some minor things, but yet should not occur. After getting new vehicle home I discovered there was virtually no wiper fluid (had to put in 1 or 2 oz shy of a half gallon). Also the coolant barely hit the low level. Also many radio stations I find objectionable were loaded on the radio. I would suggest a review of your pricing policy regarding trailer hitches. The dealer is 25% higher than leading competitors.

Excellent service 3 people stayed late to help me finish my purchase and they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! They used humor and showed me a lot about the car and helped empty my old car!
