Norma is Great!
Norma Ochoa was my service advisor. She is AWESOME! I came in bc my car shook at high speeds. She told me what she thought was the issue (unbalanced tires) and she was dead on. I attempted to get the tire company to properly balance my tires but my car still shook. Only after Norma had her tech test drive and correctly balance my wheels, did the problem subsist. The reason for the 4 stars, however, is that the previous advisor guy was rude and unhelpful.

Expensive oil change
What would normally be a $50-$60 is now $85 for an oil change! When car was ready I asked for a Lyft ride but told they now only do it one way. No mention of that when in dropped off car. Not happy. So service prices up and customer service down. Had to pay another $10 for a 2 mile Lyft ride back. Sorry but so disappointed. Left bitter taste in mouth.

No follow up
I have called and left 5 messages to confirm parts and schedule a service follow up. They schedule my service without contacting me first when I was out of town. Since then I have left 5 messages with nothing in return. I'm an 11 year customer and this is very sad.

Terrible service department.
Please please stay away if you own a Genesis. I have a 2018 Genesis G90 around 55,000 miles. The car had a lot of problems regarding electrical issues mostly. I took the car in to Joe (no longer working there). He was okay. He repaired all of my concerns at the time. Took them 3 weeks to complete. Couple of weeks later some of the same problems reoccurred. So I dropped the car off and this time I was helped my Adrian. Let me tell you, this guy honestly is the worst service advisor I've ever dealt with. First impression I had of Adrian was he didn't even want to work there. I thought well maybe that's how he comes off as. Maybe he's good at what he does. I told him my issues and he told me it would take 10 days for them to take a look at my vehicle. He also said he's really understaffed and backed up on repairs. I said okay 10 days is fine. This dealership took 1 1/2 month to just diagnose my battery. Telling me I need a new battery. I would have to call Adrian every time just to get an update. A lot of times I would call twice because no one picked up. You can imagine how frustrating it was not having a car for that long. I asked him what about the other issues that's under warranty because I need a loaner car. He told me rental cars are only covered for vehicles up to 36,000 miles or 3 years. I thought it was odd since I've never heard of that before. My bumper to bumper warranty is 5 years or 60,000 miles. So I contacted the service manager Renae Flores to verify what Adrian told me are true. Renae said, "if your car is being fixed under warranty you're able to get a loaner car." Then I called Adrian again to regurgitate what Renae told me and Adrian's response was, "well I do warranty tickets everyday so I would know the terms of loaners." Basically saying HIS service manager doesn't know what he's talking about.... At that moment I gave up on this place and proceeded to tell them have my car ready and I'm coming to pick it up today. Saying 10 days to a month and a half just to tell me my battery is bad. I can't imagine how long it would take for the other issues. I took my car down the street to Laguna Niguel Genesis and told them my story and they replied, " you're not the first of horror stories from Tuttle. Majority of our customers came from there." Also I got a loaner car... Night and day difference from Tuttle and Laguna. Dropped the car off to Laguna on 2/18 and the car will be done 2/25 fixing all 8 issues. Alex the Laguna service advisor calls me every other day without fail to update me on the progress. Never will I buy or fix my car at Tuttle Genesis.
