Rude on prices for the New Palisade Calligraphy

Michael Baldawy is rude in his response on the Palisade Calligraphy. I'm not used to paying MSRP for a car but for this so called Internet Manager rudely tell me to pay $5,000 over the msrp is ridiculous. I found the Tustin Hyundai more professional and no I did not pay over the MSRP! Please shop around and don't consider this dealership.

Great place and exceptional customer service!

Great place to shop around for a new vehicle. The people working there had exceptional customer service and I found a very nice Santa Fe.

Wonderful staffs and great service

Very helpful and knowledgable in what they are selling, kenneth Iwano and his team together with the person in finance office is great and they are really efficient. Will definitely recommend them. And the Hyundai Palisade is great too.

Care you can count on

It’s very important to trust the people that care for your car. Tony, Mgr of the Service Dept. at TuttleClick Hyundai in Irvine is efficient, caring, and honest. He’s also accommodating and ready to assist. Tony is available and listens to the concerns of your car needs. I took my car to be serviced on Friday 3/12/21 and he was able to get it done pretty quickly because our family needed to be at a very important event. Monday 3/15/21, my car battery died right before going to work and again he was quick to assist. Tony is a Mgr that goes above and beyond to make sure his regular clients, like myself, are well taken care of. I’m grateful that he and his crew gives my family and my car exceptional care.

Sonata Repair Service

Adrian - the tech writer was very conscientious. He waited on me quickly and called me as soon as the had a diagnosis. My car was completed a few hours after being towed.

Don’t use Hyundai service

Tuttle click Hyundai gave us the absolute worse service. This is car number 4 we have purchased and my last. I complained about my sunroof not working in the past. Bringing my vehicle in this time and saying the sunroof still is not working and showing the exact same thing with is not opening and closing properly. The technician told me that the 1st Time I brought the vehicle in I complained about “the sunroof and this time it was the switch”. I guess in the future we all must need to be mechanics to diagnose are own vehicles. Last, the paint on my door handles is peeling off. This is something happening on not just my vehicles but 1000s after doing a lot of research. I am over my warranty and they are unwilling to fix the paint. I have called corporate and advised them of my situation and was told I would be receiving a call within 3 to 5 days. Today is day 6 no call. I will call them 1 last time and it’s off to the attorneys. They can’t even follow their own promises!

Employees are nice and kind!

Even though I did not have an appointment for the service, the staffs were very systemic and professional! I feel so thankful for the early open at 7AM.
