When I came in today I did not expect to be able to buy a car due to my credit. Steve was very helpful and understanding and got me approved.

Me and my wife showed up to a whole crew of positive people and right away Steve Snyder was there to help us look around and find our new car...he was very helpful as well as patient and understanding. We couldn't ask for a better salesman. Thank you Steve.!!!

We went to buy a car to this dealership. At first everything looked OK. We paid using a debit card but because of a cash limit on the card the transaction had to be done twice. The accountant said she cancelled the payments and that the payments were void. But our bank confirmed that the payment in fact has been sent to the dealer and our account debited. We tried to contact this dealership and get a confirmation of the payment from them and get our Title. They stopped communicating with us refuse to confirm whether they received the payment or not, they insist that the payment was voided despite our bank gave us a proof that the payment has been sent to their Wells Fargo bank account. Now we have no money and no Title. Now we will be contacting our attorney to deal with this horrible dealership. If you do not want troubles, run away from this dealership!

The crew at Carville's is fantastic easy to work with, a pleasure to be around. If you're in the Grand Valley and shopping for a car you can't go wrong by stopping at Carvilles first off on your list. I'm sure they can find something that will suit you just perfect. Great inventory, great people, fantastic prices you can't get better than that.

It's because of him that we're repeat customers. Even when we were dragging our feet they never made us feel bad they just kept working with us and always had the utmost respect for us.
