I worked with George who is the rep that has helped me

I worked with George who is the rep that has helped me with the last 2 purchases i have made. I had an issue with my new 2024 2500 and i called him 2 hours before he even got to work and he took care of the issue by getting me setup with a lady named Mandy that helped me out and was very professional. George to me is a great employee and when i need another truck he will be the one i call.

OWNER OF VEHICLE

Did not fix the right problem on my wifes car or my truck after keeping both for an extended amount of time. Service manager said that he was going to discontinue working with endurance and other insurance companies. They took our Vehicles knowing that was who they would be working with.

Proactive Service

It started when Matt saw me drive in to the service bay and walked over to greet me with a smile. I had a question about our navigation screen that honestly was driving me nuts—he showed me how to fix it in a jiffy. We were in for a simple oil change, but Matt also after checking our tires warned us that new tires would be coming due and provided a few estimates so we could prepare for that upcoming expense. We always feel special at Skillman because of members like Matt.

I love "My Guys" at this dealership.

I love "My Guys" at this dealership. Ian Ryan, his buddy in the seat next to him, Greg, Frank Maqbool, Zip Macklin, Levi Stephens and Steven Saylor (No longer with us except in our hearts and memories). They all went out of their way to get me cars when I needed a car. I will always go back when needing a vehicle. They also have a great "Key Guy" in Steve Titus. My search for cars has always worked out well at this location. If you are in need of a car, this is the place to go to. I have always been happy with the service and friendliness I received from all of my guys. You can even use my name as a reference when you get a car from them. Tammy Green and I am one happy customer. Thank you all "My Guys"
