They don't stand behind there service work.

They don't stand behind there service work. Bought a new 2023 Enclave and took it in for it's first oil change. It has dripped oil ever since we took it in. Getting ready to go back for the fourth time for the same issue. They were supposed to call me so my wife can have a loaner car. So she doesn't have to sit in there waiting room for hours. I'm am working and it's hard for me to get by the dealership to see what the xxxx is going on.

the sales team was the most educated one I have dealt

the sales team was the most educated one I have dealt with in last few years. it was actually nice not to spend all day at the dealership and having a team the actually knows what they are doing

Oil Change, check up, repair to tail light

This is the second time the team has ordered the wrong part and I had to make 2 visits or the repair took more than needed time. I paid for the part during my oil-change/check up visit and the agent indicated that labor to install the part would be $75. I had a $10 off coupon and the labor to install was $77.50 which included several other items and credits. This was a little weird. The clerk also indicated tax was included -- on labor??

While I’ve purchased at least 15 vehicles from Ray

While I’ve purchased at least 15 vehicles from Ray Skillman NE over the years, I’ve NEVER had as great of an experience i’ve had over the past several months ordering a new 2023 GMC AT4X! Pablo (Sales), Tyler (Finance/ Sales), Levi (Finance) & Carl-(Service) ALL took exceptional care of ALL my needs, requests, and questions throughout the entire process. At no point did they make me feel like I was bothering them, even when I was asking detailed questions about the process, calling cell phones on days off, asking about features of truck, and where it was in que for the build week after week. After as many purchases I have made there, this was the first time a salesman (Pablo) actually walked me through the features of the truck after taking delivery. He was so thorough in fact, he stayed an hour after the dealership closed (on Friday before new years). I couldn’t get here until 6PM and even offered to come by next day or next week. It was already a done deal, so it wasn’t about the “sale”. The only time I felt any anxiety is when I noticed the time and wanted THEM to get home (after 8pm). It was more important to them I was thoroughly informed though. Finance guys stayed after the paperwork was done to go over specifics on warranties, how/where to file, etc. The deal was DONE already! I’m not sure what changed, but I didn’t even realize sales, finance and the installers were supposed to care that much, let alone show that they actually did! Pablo had service get all the options I wanted ordered, delivered and installed in LESS then 24 hours from the time the truck was unloaded on the lot. Carl (service manager) made sure it was done in time and correctly. I even requested tint at 4:00 PM and they had it done by 5:30… I didn’t expect it that day! The dealers cannot even order parts until the vehicle is in their possession, so I never thought I’d see the truck within a week, let alone a DAY! New cat-back exhaust, hard bed cover, console safe, window vent shades, rocker gaurds, etc. All done and ready. I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the entire purchase. Faith completely restored in dealerships!!! Thanks guys!!!
