Brought car in for recall part.

Brought car in for recall part. Called about part on 1/11/22. Never got a call that part was in so called back a few weeks ago. Brought car in and decided to wait for car. Took 3 hours. Was able to enjoy coffee and read my book while I waited. Everyone very nice.

Service Dept

Purchased my car here and when I got home something didnt sound right.I took the car back the next day for service to look at it.After a few days of “nothing is wrong” it was sent to Dodge. Being nervous I did ask if the issue wasn’t resolved with the car could I please get my trade in back and I was told yes that they were not going to sell it until the issue was figured out. A week later they still decided nothing was wrong with the other car and I asked to get my trade-in back and was told yes.I told Ray Skillman that I would be there after work to pick up my trade-in, long story short they sold my challenger and I was stuck with a car that I did not want. Not to mention during the time of figuring out the issue I did check that my trade in was still there on “hold” lol.I was upset but they were able to find another challenger at another Ray Skillman but the check engine light was on and I noticed moisture in the tail light. The service department told me that it was a sensor causing it and that they would order the sensor but it was back ordered. Once the sensor came in three weeks later it was installed and check engine light did not go off. Tony from the service department told me he didnt know that there were two sensors that needed changed and I’d have to come back again once the part came in. While Im waiting for the second sensor to come in my radio went out which Ray Skillman said they couldn't do,so back to Dodge I go! A few days later my backup camera goes out so again back to Dodge.Dodge did replaced the radio and the back up camera under my warranty but I was told the moisture in the tail light wasn't covered and it would cost $1500.00 to have it replaced.I returned to Ray Skillman to have the second sensor replaced and the check engine light is still on and another appointment is made to bring my car back in to figure it out. I came back and got nowhere,I asked Tony from service what the plan was and SURPRISE he sent me back to Dodge for the third time.So two months and seven appointments later all I have is a $1500 bill and a bright engine light beaming in my face. Now I will say at Ray Skillman my salesman George and the finance manager were great but Tony from service literally needs to rethink if this job is for him because he is clueless!! All you will get from him is “maybe”, ”could be”, ”idk” and when you apply pressure he is sending you somewhere else instead of putting in the effort to figure it out!!!! So today Im at Dodge while Tony is probably googling how to fix someones car!
