Excellent

I would have liked a reminder that oil change could have been addressed during car were vice but other than that Always receive Excellent customer/car service.

Not the best experience but joes a cool guy

First off I would like to say I don’t believe one bad apple destroys the whole tree However, one would say that according to my experience. Back in January 2017 I made an appointment and went to rayskillman northeast buick gmc after seeing a vehicle I was interested in that was in my budget… I was there off the strength of a gentleman by the name of Joe Hulsey he was very nice.. when I first walked inside I was directed to the back inside of a office with joe but inside that office there also was a young lady by the name of kasey Johnson.. kasey was extremely rude and didn’t even show interest in even helping me get a vehicle She asked ridiculous questions such as “where do you work?” “How much do you make?” “Can you even afford the car?” “How are you gonna come up with the money?” Which could’ve been answered on the application! Lol It was like I was in a interrogation room.. lol However joe was nice and even mentioned maybe a consigner was a better move if I didn’t have a lot to put down … But kasey, didn’t even want to get me put inside a vehicle It was the most degrading experience I have ever experienced She treated me less than a human being and for that, 2 weeks later i financed a vehicle elsewhere. I barely remember what the car even looked like that I had wanted.. But it goes to show no matter what in life people NEVER forget how you treat them. I hope if kasey is still employed with ray skillman that she’s a bit nicer because character goes a long way when it comes to people You sell cars to people,which in return you receive commission If it weren’t for the people you wouldn’t sell cars It’s a two way street

The people were nice, they gave me discounts, they let me know if I had any other problems with vehicle, offered to correct problem or if I couldn't get it done then the time limit that it should get done, very good people willing to work with you 👍

Good job

Oil change Maintenance

Has this every happened to you, GMC solenoid engine code P0010, P0013, P0014 because low oil after oil change interrupting driving performance. My gmc is a 2014 63,000 miles and this problem has happen twice. The second time I find out in between oil changes I barely had any oil in the car. I didn't have a leak, I wasn't told by the mechanic from the last oil change that my oil was extremely low so I'm wonderingly if for RS to get more business on people who are keeping up with their maintenance to cause problems with there engine by not really changing there oil or filter because without standing over them we wouldn't know if they are doing what they're suppose to. I will not be going by to this location again.

Everyone helped us get a used car for my nephew.

Everyone helped us get a used car for my nephew. This is his first car and he was very excited. We explored the Lease to Own option, but found buying it worked better for us. Thanks to Stephen and Dakota who assisted us! Top customer satisfaction!
