Great & Friendly staff kept me informed on the status on my 2020 GLE350. Even though it was a lengthy stay due to an electrical issue, from a leaking roof that showed no signs inside the car that there was a leak.

Superb service from start to finish! The service advisor was courteous and promptly understood my service needs. She kept me apprised of work being done on my car. When the service was complete she explained the invoice and delivered my sparkling clean car.
