Zabed was friendly and helpful, he was able to help me...

Zabed was friendly and helpful, he was able to help me with my custom Gla and treated me fairly. As for the rest of the sales team, I was pretty much invisible. Multiple times I came in, ready to purchase and I was ignored. The first sales lady ignored my requests for a custom vehicle, she stated "it would take too long to arrive", and that she "couldn't give me an idea on how much it would cost" . Multiple times she rushed me and tried to force me in a used vehicle, even though I stated I wanted a new, customized Gla 250. Finally, I met Zabed. He treated me the way every customer should be treated. When I came back to pick up my Gla, I met the sales lady from before, I told her I was here to pick up my new car that I ordered. At the front desk she said, "YOU, ordered a car ???". How embarrassing. YES, I ordered a car from Zabed. Exactly how I wanted it. Would I recommend this dealership? Only if Zabed is working. Also, the man in financing (forgot his name) was amazing, very personable and easy to talk to.

I responded to my brake pad warning light. My hope was...

I responded to my brake pad warning light. My hope was that I would only need to replace the brake pads. As it occurred, the service writer recommended changing the rotors as well to avoid possible steering vibrations. At my request and as the tire tread meter showed, my front two tires were over warn and needed replacement. Of course a wheel alignment was recommended. These significant S560 repairs/upkeep at 25k mileage totaled just at $3K including some applied maintenance discount coupons secured by my service writer. Like most I prefer to keep all maintenance and upkeep cost to a minimum. I do not shop after market repair options because I have come to trust Chantilly MB staff for purchasing and maintaining my vehicles.

After sales service is what really matters.

It was a fine buying experience. Nick Spahik was helpful and prompt in providing the info needed to expedite the buying decision. However, the real test of any dealership is the after sales service and earnest advice that follow the buying decision. That is what makes for excellence, and that part remains to be seen.
