Service appointment

It was a service appointment on a certified pre-owned. The experience was above average, my only complaint is I drive a truck, would like equal in my loaner, especially when I've prepaid for service.

Never again...

Terrible product and even worse customer service. Purchased a 2022 GLB250. Very obvious noise coming from the front passenger side wheel that mimicked the feel of a bad wheel bearing. Also, the sunroof windscreen whistled so bad, it was unusable. Took the vehicle in and went on a drive with the salesman, Ronnie. His response to the wheel noise was "I guess you'll just have to ride with the music up, haha". Had to threaten to submit a bad survey to get him to push the issues up the chain and get a service appointment that wasn't multiple weeks out. Their response was that the vehicle was fine and that the GLA, GLB and GLC don't have as good of ride quality as their other vehicles. However, I test drove a 2021 GLB (at the request of the new car sales manager, Prince) and a GLC. The ride quality was much better. Ended up selling the vehicle 6 weeks later to another dealership. Wouldn't not recommend this dealership or this brand to anyone.

Efficient and friendly service. Very pleasant exp.

Excellent customer service - friendly and and efficient! Great experience vc pleasant waiting area as I waited the entire service time in the waiting lounge.

Zabed was friendly and helpful, he was able to help me...

Zabed was friendly and helpful, he was able to help me with my custom Gla and treated me fairly. As for the rest of the sales team, I was pretty much invisible. Multiple times I came in, ready to purchase and I was ignored. The first sales lady ignored my requests for a custom vehicle, she stated "it would take too long to arrive", and that she "couldn't give me an idea on how much it would cost" . Multiple times she rushed me and tried to force me in a used vehicle, even though I stated I wanted a new, customized Gla 250. Finally, I met Zabed. He treated me the way every customer should be treated. When I came back to pick up my Gla, I met the sales lady from before, I told her I was here to pick up my new car that I ordered. At the front desk she said, "YOU, ordered a car ???". How embarrassing. YES, I ordered a car from Zabed. Exactly how I wanted it. Would I recommend this dealership? Only if Zabed is working. Also, the man in financing (forgot his name) was amazing, very personable and easy to talk to.
