Great customer service. Customer for nearly 19 years and have always had a great car buying experience. Dealer also services all of our vehicles and will continue to do so.

Perfect 10

I didn't feel anything but special and welcome. I had my party poodle, Milli with me and everyone was dog friendly! Greg Jamison in sales was nothing but professional and Scott Rodes the manager was complimentary and kind. I wanted to hug them all when I left. ��

Great service, honest team, best choice.

Don Bradley and Hollie Johnson made my experience absolutely amazing. I was welcomed by a staff member upon arrival and quickly assisted. I was treated with respect and honesty throughout the entire process of buying. Everyone was patient and helpful and extremely FRIENDLY. They treat you like a friend or family. Best service I've received in a while from anywhere. I felt like I mattered and they cared about my experience. Not a single negative. I would certainly purchase again from Andy Shaw! So happy with my decision to car shop with them! First and final stop and will definitely try to refer!

Car buying made easy

I had a limited amount of time when I came to buy the car I bought. Brad Ledford was the salesman that helped me. He made the process of buying a car easy and as fast as possible. He made sure I knew as much as possible about my purchase and that if I have any questions that I can call him.

Very helpful, enjoyable, and smooth process

I and my son and daughter were all separately involved in the process of selecting and buying a beautiful used Toyota. Scott Rodes and Brad Ledford were both very helpful and accessible in coordinating our contacts, desires, and input. There was no pressure. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I’ve experienced.

Pleasant car buying experience

I was able to research cars online prior to my visit and the salesman answered all my questions concerning my choice and your financial lady explained clearly the best choices available to me. Overall I am very satisfied.

New car

My 2011 Subaru broke down and had to rebuild most of the engine so Andy Shaw Ford dealer repaired it. Traded in Subaru for new Ford Escape 2018 as Subaru dealer never returned my call. Don Bradley gave us excellent service and searched for rebates so we got a great deal. Very pleased with services over the years and they do maintenance on most car models. Thanks

Great Experience!

While traveling on business had a tire issue, stopped in at 5:30 pm to be told their technician’s had all gone home already. With no other options in town, Bobbi and Adam helped me anyway and got me back on the road! Very friendly and helpful!
