Above and beyond what I expected

Professional and polite salesperson and dealership, quick and painless process, no pressure in buying, no last minute fees. Love the whole process, will continue business with Andy Shaw Ford.

Paid cash and now treated like trash

How many folks do you know who go to buy a car and plan on paying it off that day with cash. Not too many. I did and can you believe that andy shaw ford didnt budge one bit on the price!! Everyone knows when you dont finance a car the price is often a little cheaper. Nope they knew I wanted to leave with that car and they knew I had my heart sat on it. So they took full advantage of that! Then a month later I had to get a key remade ( bc I only was given 1 to begin with) so I was charged 450 for the second key( which should come with the car). Now I did pay an extra ~$2100 for a warranty and I am glad of it bc come to find out the clutch/ transmission has went out on my 2019 ford mustang. Anyone who had financed a car would be treated as well as possible but I believe bc I paid it off they are not concerned about my needs. It took 2 weeks to get my key and I asked for a rental vehicle then and they said no bc we lost the one key that they gave us!! Ok I dont like that but I'll deal with it. So now they are working on the transmission and do you think they cared about me needing to get around.. of course not.. I wont buy another vehicle from this dealership and ford should be checking on customer service satisfaction here at Andy Shaw Ford

The Works Oil Change

UPDATE: The morning after I posted this review I was contacted by the internet manager at Andy Shaw Ford who apologized repeatedly for their employees "dropping the ball" and asked what Andy Shaw Ford could do to make it right. I only asked that they refund the $100 diagnostic fee to my husband. This morning we dropped the truck off because Andy Shaw Ford offered to give the $100 back AND replace the fan belt free of charge. When we picked up the truck in the afternoon we did not get $100 back, but we were given a bill for $0 (ZERO DOLLARS). Not only did they replace the fan belt, they also replaced a hub bearing FREE OF CHARGE which David Rogers told my husband was so bad it was dangerous. I'm here to sincerely say thank you to all the employees involved in making things MORE than right, and for going ABOVE AND BEYOND.

The Works Oil Change

Brought our truck in for the "works" oil change. Mentioned a "squeak" coming from front of truck which can obviously be heard when it's idling in park. (The "works" includes checking belts.) Left with service department for oil change. They took the truck for a ride and charged us $100 for diagnosis. The squeak was a fan belt so the ride was not necessary. When I spoke to Sales Manager Scott Rodes on the phone 2/12/21 he told me the Service Manager David Rogers was out sick and would call me back by the end of the week. I called again to let Scott Rodes know I did not hear from David Rogers in over a week. I have been waiting to hear back from the service manager for over a month. I guess we have been taken for a ride. Will not return to this dealership because of the unnecessary diagnosis charge and the very poor customer service.

Easiest Car Purchase

Purchased a used car from Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva, NC last Saturday. By far, the easiest car purchase I have ever made and I have purchased quit a few over the years. Don Bradley did a great job orchestrating the entire experience and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Highway Robbery

They tried to charge me $5,600. I paid to have it towed out of there for a second opinion. it cost about $600 to fix. The shop manager threatened to call the authorities on me for being upset at them for trying to rob me, inconvenience me, and forcingme to pay for another tow. I should call the authorities on them for trying to rob me of $5,000. They refuse to compensate me for the tow I should not have needed. I plan on selling my Ford shares.

My experience with Andy Shaw Ford has been always excellent I've been shopping here for years now this is my third car all the salesmen are awesome the one I've been working with the dealer is Donald he's always treated me well and work with me I've had a great experience with Andy Shaw Ford

Great Experience

Andy Shaw Ford and Greg Jamison will get my business for now on. I Purchased a new Ford 250 and Greg made the experience so easy and quick. I buy several trucks for my business and this purchase was the easiest ever. Thank You Greg Jamison for the experience.

My sales person was kind and very helpful. He got me a good deal with a new vehicle which i really enjoy I didnt have to wait to long on the financial part and I was on my home in a couple of hours. I would recommend this sales person to any one interested in getting a vehicle! Very kind and considerate.

Great Guys and Gals

Dustin Shuler Is one of the sales people and he has always been a good friend to me. He helped me get this vehicle this past week. A 2015 Ford fusion and I am very proud that I got it with him being the one that help me get it. Everyone in the store is very nice and friendly and this is my second purchase from them and Dustin.
