Poor customer service

Car was delivered and found to be full of scratches - touched up with paint that doesn?t match. Was not detailed when delivered and filthy dirty. Their only solution is to take it back, but we?ve already gotten a loan, insurance, etc. so that?s not a good option.

A great service experience

Just picked up my Navigator after 40,000 mile service. Upon arrival I was greeted by name and the service advisor went over what would be done and when I could exoect my car to be finished. My car was done early and upon pick up the advisor went over all the condition issues ( none) and assured me that my car was ready for winter.A great buying experience and an even better service experience.
