Very pleased with purchase and dealing with Sinclair Lincoln. I really enjoy driving the Nautilus, very comfortable, handling is perfect and I love the looks. I?ve had no reason to do anything with the except to change the oil and rotate the tires at Sinclair Lincoln.

Had appointments first to look at my screen and hesitation with it w oil change and waited 3 hours to be told they had to order a part....then another hour to actually get my car back and they would call when part came in Then when I took it back to put it in with an appointment again another 3 hour wait Have never seen such extreme waits there, was really dissatisfied with that and disappointed that even with appointment it was obvious they did not get it in right away.
