I found the car on Cars.

I found the car on Cars.com and traveled 3 hours to pick it up. Pricing and trade were negotiated over the phone and there were no surprises when I arrived. The vehicle I was purchasing was exactly as described and they didn't try to tack on any extra fees or services like other dealerships I had contacted. Eric and Jake were awesome and the whole deal only took 30 minutes which included my test drive. I can't overstate how easy they made the whole process. The travel distance was well worth it and they will be the first dealership I check next time I need a vehicle.

I located a vehicle on Carmax and purchased it from

I located a vehicle on Carmax and purchased it from Heller Motors. The salesman and finance guru both were very very focused on my transaction. I would say their assistance was timely, accurate and most important complete. The finance papers had to be redone due to my incomplete information; this was handled almost immediately, no delay. My advice if you are buying from this dealer is to let them do whatever is necessary. Jake even processed the license application for an out-of-state sale. Very satisfied.

Awesome Experience!

Awesome Experience! I purchased a used car from Heller Motors (fantastic salesman Joe Andres) site unseen. Never thought we could do this with confidence, but Joe answered all questions, took lots of pics even took us for a facetime test drive! Jeff Butcher made the paperwork super easy with online docs. And John Warren made shipping easy and cheap!! Could not be happier with our experience!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai accent from these guys, paid for the car but before i was able to take possession they said they had to "fix" a few issues on the car. I was able to drive the car for one month before my car started having issue and my check engine light came on. Turns out they "fixed" my car by replacing the catalytic convertor with one from EBAY! After a year of dealing with these guys they finally told me they would not do anything to make this right, and that my extended warranty that i spend thousands on would also not cover this. I am now on the hook for paying over $1300 dollars to have this replaced with the correct parts. Please if you want to buy a vehicle that is not fixed with EBAY parts do not buy from here!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership from another

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership from another state. Joe Butcher walked me through the entire process, financial, shipping, etc. Went very smoothly. Shipping went great, in spite of a snowstorm, flawless drop off for the Ford GT500. Mr. Butcher arranged everything. The new age of car buying! Lol! Can't thank him enough, my dream car.

Excellent experience buying a Navi L from Eric P and Heller, they had very fair pricing, very attentive costumer care and the vehicle has been extremely reliable, would highly recommend them!

I was sent pictures of a vehicle that wasn’t detailed and

I was sent pictures of a vehicle that wasn’t detailed and was told a deposit was needed before they would detail the vehicle and send new pics. I explained that I am 760 miles away and would not take that step 1st. Was contacted be email on the 2nd and advised the truck would be detailed and new pics would be sent by the end of the day. Today is the 6th and have yet to receive any further communication regarding this vehicle. Very poor potential customer service!!! Wm. Anthony Loteck

Purchased a Ram Classic.

Purchased a Ram Classic. I probably spoke and visited with 20 dealerships and looked at over 100 Rams and Nissian Frontiers. I bought from here because the prices were well below KBB fair market value and NADA. I didn't have to have a trade in or finance with them or jump through any hoops to get the price listed on their website. I bought this vehicle over the phone and never even met Joe. I live 200 Miles away. Never the less we reviewed several vehicles and I came to a decision. I had an OTD price in minutes with no surprises. It helped that the website is navigatable and informative before I even called. The YouTube videos are awesome. Delivery was fast and friendly. This is my dealership now and I have never even seen it. I love my truck.
