Found the car I was looking for. The sales people were all helpful.

I couldn't find the car and equipment combination I wanted in my area. I contacted several dealers with promising cars on cars.com. Guy had exactly what I wanted at the most reasonable price. There were problems with cars from the dealers with lower prices. Other dealers wanted more than the car was really worth and wouldn't negotiate, or they tried to play games with fees, taxes, etc. I was understandably nervous about buying a car from someone I didn't know who was 1300 miles away from me. Steve was patient with my many questions and supplied me with all the information I needed to evaluate car (CarFax report, title, pictures etc.). Their good BBB rating and the many great reviews here on cars.com were also reassuring. He was completely honest with me about everything. When I came out to check out the car, I had ample opportunity to look it over and take if for a -long- test drive by myself. It was as advertised, except for a few small details that they fixed right away. The buying process was easy and fairly fast. Since bringing it home, they've continued to help resolve a paperwork issue so I could get the car titled and registered. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend Strohmeier's Auto Center to others. I may even buy another car from them in the near future.

The salesman who assisted us was Ritchie, and he did a great job of finding the small used truck we were looking for, in fact using his location sheet he found a vehicle in a nearby city and had it brought over so we could see it. Overall this dealership was great to work with, the closer was sharp and to the point. Having sold cars for many many years myself we traded great stories and there was very little beating around the bush or typical car sales dramatics. Their finance department does not try to force feed you snake oil or other add on's that are typical for a dealership, and they worked hard at getting us financed with a local credit union, despite some credit issues from the past. The car was presented clean and appears to have gotten a complete safety check and overall check-out. Thanks to the folks and I look forward to sending others to Ritchie who are looking for a vehicle.

Guy and his salesperson's all helped me to get the SUV I wanted. I was already approved for a loan, but Guy worked with my lender to increase my loan amount so that I could get what I really wanted. They are awsome! Thank you all!! God Bless You!!!

The customer service here is far above excellent. They really listen to your wants and needs and go out of their way to fulfill them as efficiently and frugally as possible. Steve there was great, courteous and helpful. I will certainly remain a customer of theirs and recommend them to others.
