Guy Strohmeier's Auto Center

We love the quality, integrity and staff at Strohmeier's Auto Center. Steve St. Cyr helped us look for a certain type if car and gave us printouts and prices on several cars, one of which was at the Ukiah lot.. Steve had the car brought to the Lakeport dealership for us to look at. The next day Guy was there and we decided to buy the car from the Ukiah lot. We test drove quite a few cars to narrow down the best car for us. Guy and his staff made sure the entire process went very smooth. I can't say enough about how Strohmeier's Auto Center's atmoshphere is so positive! I have been to a few dealers in my lifetime, and most of them made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. I would recommend Stohmeier's for any used car purchase. They love their customers and we love them. They have an excellent service department with equipment to test most cars, even if you didn't buy the car from them. The also have service warranty's available for customers. It makes us feel better to have a service contract, even on our fairly new car. It sure comes in handy when you need it. Luckily, we never had any reason to use it. Thank you everyone for our new car, we are so happy to have it.

Guy Strohmeier's Auto Center by far is the best in business!! Steve/Assit. Sales Mgr is very professional, explained in detail of the car in interest, shared the history and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond satisfying customer's peace of mind in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Numerous calls were placed by me, yet he was polite, friendly and most importantly, very patient. Steve knew we were over 2.5 hrs. away to do a "test drive" so he arranged a driver to bring the car down to where we can actually take a drive and have the car inspected by a local auto shop (on a late Friday). After the test drive, everything was as described over the phone except a minor issue. The wheels needed balancing. The driver drove the car back late Fri. evening to their shop. By Sat. afternoon, Steve did his best by finding a wheel shop to balance and had the car ready for us Sunday to purchase. Their price was not only reasonable, the car it self was in great condition and their hands-down service oriented staff was worth buying - from Guy Strohmeier!!! Just bought a commercial truck from Guy Strohmeier's dealership. Asked to test drive, made an offer. Deal was accepted, and they gave me a work bill promise to fix a problem that may exist. I was aware of the potential problem and bought the vehicle anyway. The offer for the fix was presented after I said I would buy the vehicle. Helpful staff, no pressure sale, the way it should be. If you like Old Fashion Honesty, Quality and Ethics. You'll like Guy Strohmeier and his Staff. (Not that he's old ). But it's nice to be able to walk into a dealership & actually be listened to. Not try to coerced into buying something you don't want. If they don't have it at the time, they'll keep their eyes open for, get it & call you. We bought a beautiful truck from them 3 and a half years ago. We had a brake problem. They brought it in right away and fixed it. We never had another problem. The mechanics do excellent work. We recently traded in my Big Beautiful truck for a heavy duty truck. And as the tears ran down my face, they assured me We were getting a much better truck for what we wanted it for. It's not as pretty, but it gets the job done & gets better mileage.
