My Wife and I stopped in to look at a car while just driving by, after a camping trip to Clear Lake and seeing some suv's that caught our eyes..... We ended up buying one and used our vehicle as a trade in, sure we had to work a bit to get the best deal, however they were very friendly, profesional, and courtious to us the whole time and went the extra mile (300+)! to make it all happen for us. The folks at Strohmeier's Auto Center treat you with respect, as a partner in the buying process - much different than the "pressure sales" of many other used car lots. After the sale, support in the service department is top notch - with the staff offering "above and beyond", genuine customer service. I purchased a used vehicle approx. 2 years ago and am looking at a replacement now. If they don't have the vehicle you want on one of their 2 lots, they will find it for you!!! I recently purchased a car from Guy Strohmeier, not only did i get high compliments from my boss who has purchased cars from guy for over 20 years but i got to experience it first hand. I went just "looking" and there was no car salesman pressure that you get from other dealerships. they are welcoming and inviting and treated me like a person. I even took my daughters car there for some repairs. I am 110% satisfied.

we initially came by to look around. Guy gave us an incredible deal on a Honda accord that he just brought back from LA. It was very clean and in great condition. His sales associate Richie was wonderful in processing our application and making our transaction delightful. They found us an incredible deal and even put new tires on the vehicle for a very minimal price. Their finance department was very knowledgeable and well versed in the documents needed.

We puchased a used vehicle from Guy's staff yesterday. They went out of their way to make sure that the whole procedure was done in a professional, but friendly manner. We got our car checked from nose to tail, cleaned and washed so that it looked and smelled like new car - all shiny and bright. Guy has a great staff working for him and his confidence in his staff shows in the way they work together to make sure that each customer feels comfortable and welcome.
