We liked the Salesman Garrett Tucker personable knowable and helpful. I liked it wasn?t the typical car salesman pushy & in your face. I told Mr Tucker what I wanted and what he needed to get me buy that is why I purchased

Was looking for a work truck and found one at this

Was looking for a work truck and found one at this dealership. Call the dealership and talked to the salesman. He sent pictures of the truck and it looked like a good truck. So I sent a non refundable deposit to them to hold it. Upon arriving and inspecting the vehicle the back end had a good size dent along with a horrible paint job that someone with no experience would have done. Also the taillight was sticking out of the truck. In addition to all of that the truck had a fowl order inside the cab. When I questioned the salesman about the dents, he replied to me “ well I sent you photos of the vehicle”. Of course you couldn’t see any of the issues in question with a photo. These items should have been mentioned to me but weren’t. And they weren’t willing to give back the deposit. You would think these items along with maybe cleaning the inside of the truck would have been a priority.we buy a lot of vehicles each but won’t be buying from this company!! The salesman was also really bad and the whole experience was not up to anyone’s standards!!

I was thoroughly disappointed in the salesperson who

I was thoroughly disappointed in the salesperson who "helped" me. In the short span of five minutes, he managed to insult me twice and said he would not negotiate the price on a used truck AT ALL. This despite the fact that the truck in question had been hail damaged and sitting on the lot since February. I don't wonder why that truck is just sitting. Kinda surprised they sell any with rude salespeople and their refusal to negotiate.

My husband and I are elderly and having a problem

My husband and I are elderly and having a problem charging our new electric ford truck. these people were the greatest and most friendly. When all failed they let us use the slow charger for six hours so we could get back home safely.
