Feldman Kia

Service manager attempted to fix a problem even though he said ahead of time that he was short staffed and I would have to make an appt. Awesome service!!

Excellent Kia Service!

Denise was wonderful to work with, from answering my many questions over the phone, greeting me when I arrived, explaining what was needed on my car in a way I could understand auto mechanics, she was very personable and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company! My car was serviced quickly and cleaned better than any other Kia dealerships I had been to over the years. All of the salepeople and cashiers were friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.

First Class Experience

Today was my first contact with Feldman Kia of Novi and I have I to say it was the best new car experience I have ever had. At 62 years of age this was not my first trip to the "auto rodeo". My salesman Chris Rego was as helpful and courteous as one would ever hope to encounter. On top of everything else he even shuttled my new 2014 Forte home for me in six inches of of snow covered roads. His idea. Much appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and polite. My wife and I must have shaken hands with at least five different people that approached us out of courtesy. On the way in one salesman held my wifes' arm in the snow covered parking lot until we were at the front door then pointed us to Chris whom I had spoken to the day before on the phone. The entire process was painless. Negotiated the deal, paid cash for the car and it was detailed, cleaned, inspected, and at my home within 4 and a half hours from walking in the front door. Thanks again Chris. Wunderbar!

Great service

I was greeted warmly when I entered the service area, my vehicle was taken in promptly, and I was shown where I could wait and help myself to refreshments.

Great staff, great service

Friendly greeting by Andrew Jackson, thorough explanation of service and process both before and after, and another service person also stopped to ask how I was and if I needed anything. Overall, just personable staff, along with the service being done within the timeframe provided. And the coffee was good too!

Great Service

My sales rep. Blake Kaiser was such a huge help! This was my first time shopping for/leasing a vehicle on my own & he made me feel very comfortable. Everyone also jumped through hoops to get me approved with the little credit I had. Overall, my experience with Kia was great.

5 Star Customer Service

The follow-up (from Jamie Curry) to my internet inquiry was exceptionally fast. Jamie asked several questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for and offered suggestions immediately. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the customer service was 5 star. The sales manager immediately came over and introduced himself and chatted with me while Jamie brought a car around for me to test drive. When it came time to discuss financing, "Bobby" sat down with me and explained all of my options, including the differences in coverage when purchasing a used vehicle. Once my purchase was complete, Jamie gave me a tour of the service department as well as introduced me to the Service Manager. No question was left unanswered. I applaud the staff at Feldman Kia. Keep up the excellent work!

Great sales experience

It's always a pleasure to work with Paul King! He is personable and knowledgeable about all of the Kia vehicles. He truly listens and does his best to get us into the car we want. Bill, in financing, was also a big help and put all the right numbers together for us.

Super friendly staff!

Everyone in the dealership is very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or a bother to anyone. Much better experience than the Jeep/Chrysler dealership I visited with my previous vehicle.

Service

I received service that went beyond the call of duty from Denise when I dropped off my car. The dealership has been closed for 6 minutes and Denise instructed me where to leave my key after completing the required forms. She then kindly drove me out of her way to a location west of the dealership where I was able to secure a ride home.
