Great experience! Michael Palmer was our salesman, great guy. Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and attentive. Went in looking for one model, left with a 2024 Forte. Everything was smooth as could be from test driving to paperwork to driving off in the same day.

Jeannine was very welcoming. Explained service needed and why. Noticed right away improvements. Acceleration better due to work done. It took team work for all this to happen

Jean Price in the service department is truly outstanding in customer relations. She was very concerned with me having the minimal of time for my vehicle to be serviced, providing transportation and kept me aware of the status. I will ask for her in the future. She should pass her customer relations skills to some of the salespersons.

We went to test drive a KIA EV6 since they had two in stock. After checking it out and having the salesman run some numbers, we were ready to test drive. They told us that we couldn't test drive until we agreed to buy the car. We asked the salesman, "Would you spend $60k on a car that you've never driven?" He laughed, and sheepishly admitted, "No." He really wouldn't budge on letting us drive the car, so we left. Good luck selling cars no one can drive first.

I was so happy to deal with your dealership and salesperson Corey. He was willing to work with me at a price I was comfortable with while also getting me the color of car that I desired. Agreed on everything over the phone and a couple hours later I had purhased the car that I wanted. So glad that I drove to your dealership. Your selections of cars are surprising after visiting several dealerships with very few cars available. The fact that you were willing to look at the pricing was so welcome. Even after we purchased the car he maintained the communication, so far as sending us videos of our lovely new vehicle being loaded to ship. With the number of photos, videos, written information that we received from Kia Feldman we felt confident buying a vehicle that we had never seen in person. Horrible experience! Salesmen used bait and switch techniques, tried selling cars over MSRP and claimed Covid-19 reasons. DO NOT RECOMMEND under any circumstance! Will try to rip you off. Filed formal complaint with KIA customer relations.
