Arlington Acura in Palatine

Bought a 2013 accord 25k miles in Jan. Come spring I take a road trip andfind out the AC never worked and when I take it in they say the car is 500 miles out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. The dealer is pretty much saying they are off the hook because it's a Honda and not an Acura! Dealer won't even offer to cover parts of the repair which they quoted at 2k plus tax Never buying a car from Bob Rohrmam Auto Group again! Apparently they only care about their customers if you buy a brand new Acura. Not what I was expecting from a reputable Acura dealer
