Great dealership, great experience.

Cesar was amazing! We had a great experience. This was the third dealer we went to and Cesar was by FAR the best sales person we encountered.

Long time customer

Perfect score!!! This is so far my best experience in buying a new car and I did buy more then 10 new cars. I will definitely go back to this dealership for my new Acura. Marcin was very nice and helpful. Thank you

Thanks you very much!

The experience was what I would expect from a dealership. I was greeted at the door and welcomed. I was escorted to an office area to wait for the sales person I requested. I was offered something to drink (coffee, water etc). The person promptly brought me a bottle of water. Mike was very personable, not pushy, very professional, very patient and accomodating. Knowing that the process was going to take a long time, he even asked if I wanted to order something for dinner.

Great Folks all in all

The great thing is the car i purchased was posted on another sight for significantly more money. They stood by the lower price. The ONLY thing i didnt like was the one salesman used the line on me "are you serious about buying a car from me today". It is an effort to immediately disqualify me and an attempt to get me into "impulse buy" mode. But dont let me dissuade you. These are good people.

Easy to do business with

I was assisted in the leasing of a new Acura RDX by Mohamed Patel. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Mr Patel and Michael the leasing the leasing manager. My experience with Arlington Acura has always been excellent. Thanks for the good work.

Buying process

Very prompt in answering requests regarding pre owned Chevrolet SSR. First time I called had a little difficulty understanding salesperson. Called back and requested he talk a little slower please. We then got on the same page. Szymon, I believe was his name was really helpful. He checked out every question I asked him about the SSR. Now keep in mind the SSR was a limited production truck and the average salesperson doesn't really know the difference between a carpeted cargo bed or a "tupperware" cargo bed or all the intimate details about this little classic. A couple of years ago i talked to a dealer here in Murfreesboro and he had no idea SSR's with "Final Production Run" were very collectible or the first 25 were Purple and are extremely collectible. "Enuf said" Thank you.

Great Impression

It really all started with your salesman Jerry- he was unbelievable (so was Cesar). The entire process was unlike any other dealership experience we've had. I felt at home the entire time with no hard confrontation from the team. I used to hate walking into dealerships- until now. Thank you so very much for everything. All my referrals will go straight to Jerry and Cesar!

great impression

Fabulous day. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We were able reach a deal that was great for me and hopefully for Hyundai. I will most definitely return for my next purchase.

Best of The Best

Very good expererience wih Paul and Dan on purchase of new RDX.Only problem was trying to put in code for garage door at home. Dan referred me to tech support which referred me to Liftmaster door which ended in a referral to Sears who sold the door which told me to go on google to find answers.Decided to use a hand held rather than going thru the process

Dan Sokovic was the Salesman his name is not on the list of "Who assisted me today" Dan did a wonderful job communicating to me thru phone and email , he was not pushy and answered everything that I asked I will recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking for an Acura.
