From the moment that I stepped foot in the dealership the staff was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and at ease shopping for a used vehicle in the laid back environment Austin eAutos provides. After putting down a security deposit I ran into trouble transfering the rest of the owed funds, but Keith and Stephanie were very patient and understanding; very easy to communicate with. There was no pressure felt. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience and would purchase another vehicle there for sure!

I bought a car from them today. From test driving to driving off took about 2 hours. The staff are amazingly nice, not pushy, very helpful. All their vehicles are super clean and nice. Even got 2 year warranty for a very good price for a 2012. Never had less stress buying a vehicle. Would highly recommend!!

I closed this deal in just about four conversations with Denise. I cannot recall a smoother vehicle transaction than this one. I spoke a few times via text, then on the weekend I called her around one hour before their closing time. I arrived 1645 and by 1700, the deal was sealed. With some assistance from Stephanie in the finance section, I was able to complete the transaction same day for my 2021 Model 3 Tesla. Then they delivered my car to my front door free of charge. I cannot speak any higher about this dealership. Professional, accommodating and most importantly; understanding. Definitely recommend!
