horrible

totally disgusted. bought a mazda mdx last friday from here 2 hours after driving off the lot the transmission starts acting up. brought to auto zone to test low and behold not a drop of tranny fluid, checked the oil and it looked like mud from a swap. called heath left a message he called back saturday and said to bring it to his mechanic on wednesday because the mechanic was on vacation. wednesday comes we call heath back get the number for the mechanic well the mechanic is still on vacation till monday now. mechanic gives us the shop number we call we talk to the other mechanic. we had the mazda towed friday march 21st to the shop oh what do you know the tramsission needs it be built and its been like that for a while no wonder they had me in an out of there within an hour when i bought it. called today and they wont even help cover the cost of half the repairs. a big thanks from a family of 4 kids you knew what you was doing when you got rid of that mazda thanks for nothing appreciate it

great experience

Purchase a used PT Cruiser last sat. with low milage and a fair price. It was a very easy process, all my questions were answered. And I would recommend going to them if they are looking for a used car at a good price and have cash. They do not finance, which was fine with us. I enjoyed our experience and will return when we need a new car.

Very smooth throughout the entire process

Everything went well. Very easy and low maintenance will come back to Donny Mills in the future for car buying.

Hassle free very good experience!

Typically I dread purchasing a vehicle but everything went very well at Donny Mills. The salespeople were very helpful and I enjoyed the whole experience would definitely go back! Thanks guys!

Excellent experience!!

I stopped in the dealership to look at a Nissan Xterra and had a very good experience. Heath and Ben were both extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all! They gave me all the facts and assisted me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend stopping in Donny Mills for a great car buying experience!

Great Deals and great service!

This dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles to browse and Ben was extremely nice and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Highly advise going into Donny Mills Auto Sales if you are looking for a great value as well as great customer service very happy!!

So Far, So Good

Purchaced a minivan with 195,000 miles on it. the purchace and regestration went very well, title in one week. We took a 60 mile trip to get there, after Ben took around the lot looking at what they had in stock we decided on the minivan. They started it up, put dealer tags on and we went for a test drive, came back and left a deposit and told them we will be back before the weeks end. We had a little trouble getting money from our on line bank, called Donny Mills to tell them, 2 weeks later we showed up, they said no problem about the wait. Did the paper work and drove it home. Got off our exit and the car died, and towed it home to charge the battery. took it out again and the same problem. I knew that " AS IS " means, buyer beware, once the car leaves the lot all problems are my responsability. And i'm OK with that. I contacted Heath at Donny Mills and asked him to recomend a repair shop that deals with Electrical systems only. He said to take to their mechanic, and I did. Left the van for a day, went to pick it up and pay, and was told no charge!. I know auto shops and know that this mechanic had to work at least 4 hours. I called Heath and told him, I knew the vehicle was sold AS IS and i'm willing to pay for repairs or at least half, his response was, dont wory about the bill, we try to take care of our customers. Thank you Ben and Heath, you have a lifetime friend and customer.

This is a garbage "Dealer"

They treated us like they were doing us a favor. They didn't show us any car, after an hour of driving they told us to come in the next day. I needed a car.

WORST QUALITY CARS EVER

The owner of this place is rude and he doesn't care about the customer. He thinks he knows most than everybody else and can argue with you forever. It is like he doesn't want to sell the car or like he is doing you a favor letting you to see his cars. The cars look "almost" nice outside but inside they are garbage. I promise never go there under any circumstance.

Didn't really get a chance to write a review. Put in a request for a vehicle they had on their lot, but no one ever contacted me to pursue a sale. I left them a note about the type vehicle I was interested in, and no one bothered to return my call or email. Would not be interested in working with a company that does not follow up sales inquiries.
