The Volvo service experience was great.

Pete in the service dept. and the service tech were both very proactive about finding out what was wrong, and then getting my car's brake problem resolved quickly.

Terrific service, excellent facilities

The service advisors are very knowlegable about my Volvo S80. All of them are outstanding. I have not had a problem with any of them. Also, the mechanics are excellent.

Mechcanic is well above the average,

Shannon handled a communication failure, apparently due to heat, and never gave up. His knowledge and reputation is well known around the city of Denver by other well known good Volvo technicians. He has no big head about his title, he just try's to help you with least amount of cost.

Great Warranty Work and GREAT customer service

I had extensive warranty work done to my Mazda 3 and they kept me in the loop the entire time. The dealership went to bat to help me get part of my rental car paid for above and beyond the extended warranty.

needed a car in a hurry and they made it work.

The low/no pressure attitude of my salesman. He let me look at different styles of the 3 and was knowledgeable of other makes in comparison. I felt he listened and didn't make things up. I as a consumer researched the vehicles I was looking at and I felt he did a solid job of representing his vehicle while making sure I was purchasing the right car for me.Went and got the vehicle I wanted from just off the truck and prepared it that day in a timely fashion.

Great car!

Melanie was very helpful and accommodating. I was pleased with the efficiency of leasing my car. I had a very tight schedule and they made it happen with everything I wanted in the car.
